Ciela Collective
Where soulful gatherings come to fruition with warmth, rhythm, and soul.

Ciela Collective is our wellness and community event offering—crafted for brands, practitioners, and hosts who are creating intentional experiences.
Whether you're planning a reiki circle, a moonlit retreat, a breathwork immersion, or a creative community gathering—our role is to co-create the container. One that honors the energy of the work while grounding it with thoughtful structure and sensory design.

We believe everything is energy—and that includes the flow of your event. Our job is to think of what’s unseen, unspoken, and often overlooked—so you can be fully present in your practice.
Production for Wellness Activations & Events

Our Philosophy
This is more than logistics, it’s emotional presence, community collaboration, and curated beauty all woven together with care.

Some of the ways we'll co-create you:
✧ Concept development & creative direction
✧ Venue and vendor sourcing
✧ Production timeline and event flow planning
✧ Sensory design (layout, florals, lighting, music, scent)
✧ Coordination of experiential elements (sound, movement, food, ritual)
✧ Onsite management and production support
✧ Emotional presence + energetic alignment throughout
We marry soul and structure.
Woo and workflow. Beauty and balance.

Why This Work Matters
I’ve loved all things spiritual since childhood—pulling cards from my first tarot deck at nine, tracking moon cycles in my journal, and eventually becoming certified in Reiki. Before I stepped fully into the wellness space, I spent over a decade producing events for global brands and discerning clients, from Hermès to Delta.

As I stepped into more wellness space I noticed events would
focus on the vibe but forget the vessel. There’s beauty in ritual, yes, but there’s also beauty in mic checks, seating plans, and parking directions.

Ciela Collective was born to bridge that gap.
With a background in luxury hospitality and a heart grounded in ritual, I bring flow, foresight, and intention to the details most people overlook—so you can focus on your gift and your guests can feel completely held.

Spiritual spaces deserve practical structure
and soulful experiences deserve thoughtful design.
